Suståne 5-2-4 all natural is an all purpose organic fertilizer for use on all intensely managed turf and soil types, within an integrated program to aid in plant nutritional and soil amendments requirements throughout the year.
Suståne 5-2-4 All Natural Slow Release Nitrogen Fertilizer provides 6 - 12 weeks of nitrogen in the organic slow-release form. 5-2-4 replenishes the soil with a rich supply of essential micro and macro chelated nutrients, humus, carbon and beneficial microorganisms, all required for healthy plant and soil functions. Suitable for all turf surfaces. Suståne 5-2-4 is derived from biologically stable organic compost plus natural sulfate of potash and feather meal.

Standard maintenance rates:
Apply at a rate of 5.5 lb. to 11 lb. per 1000 ft2 (2.5 kg to 5 kg per 100 m2) or 3.25 kg covers 100 m2 (325 kg per hectare) per application every 30-45 days or as dictated by clipping weight.

Spring and Fall rate 20 lb. per 1000 ft2
On Bermuda Grass, 20 lbs. per 1000 ft2 per application every

Hydroseeding
Mix solution at a ratio of 2 lb. Suståne 5-2-4 to 1 gallon of water (0.9 kg per 4 liters of water) / 1.6 ton per 1,000 gallon tank

For 90 lb. of N per acre apply 1800 lb.
For 130 lb. of N per acre apply 2600 lb.
